Q.    I want to pay my quarterly bill on line. Is that service available?
 A.    Not at this time.

Q.    I have purchased a vacant lot in the District and will be building a new home.  Is there anything I need to do as far as the District is concerned?
A.    Yes. You must notify the District Board of your intention to build to be sure the District has enough capacity at the treatment plant (we have plenty of capacity at this time).  You should then contact the District Operator to find out where you can connect to the forcemain  and if you will gravity or have to install a grinder pump. There is also an impact fee and and inspection fee that must be paid prior to excavation. If you are within 1000 feet of the lake, you must contact Dodge County Planning. You must also contact the Town of Fox Lake for a building permit.

Q.    How do I get a grinder pump?
A.    The District can install it for you, but you will receive a bill for all costs incurred. After passing inspection, the grinder pump is turned over to the District and a maintenance easement is purchased from you for $1.00. If a grinder pump is installed that will serve a neighboring property, at the time that property is developed, ½ of the original grinder pump cost will be refunded to you. This will take place at the time the neighbor pays his impact fee. This holds for 10 years. After that time, the refund will no longer be owed.

Q.    Is there anything else I should know?
A.    Yes. When your lateral is installed, your plumber must use tracer wire as stated in the Wisconsin Plumbing Standards.
