Minutes of the meeting of the Fox Lake Property Owners, Inc., Saturday, June 2, 2007 after the Annual Meeting 2007 adjourned. Absent: Linda Knueppel, Dave Cross. Next meeting Saturday, July 7, 2007 at 9:00am (due to the 4th of July). Minutes: Motion to accept by Ted, second by Jim, motion carried. Financial Report: Lou handed the report out, motion to accept by Tom, second by Doris, motion carried. Election of Officers: Dona nominated Deb Green for VP, second by Ted, motion carried. Ed agreed to stay President. Lou and Dona will continue as Treasurer and Secretary. Motion to unanimously approve nominees by Jim, second by Doris, motion carried. Old Business: Pig Roast: Signs need to be changed and put up. Doris asks what her job will be this year since she used to do kitchen. Lou assures her we’ll need people at the “front end” like cashier, raffle announcing, etc. Louie will do the end prizes at 5:00pm. Next meeting we’ll firm up the “to do” and “who” list. Bob Bergmann will be our “Pig Roast Volunteer Coordinator”. Motion by Dona, second by Bob, dinner price will be $10 Adults, motion carried. Motion by Ted, second by Tom for Kids 5-12 $5, motion carried. Tom said Nancy wants to have Root Beer Floats and Chocolate Sundaes, so we need to order and have cups too. Prices will be $1.00 soda & water, $2.00 for beer, $2.25 wine. $2.00 brat, $1.00 hot dog, $2.25 cheeseburger, $2.00 hamburger. Radio Gift Certificates will be given (5) to WBEV and (5) to WXRO. Parade of Homes: Sold out and all ready to go. Special Friends Outing: June 30th. Doris will pick up the food/soda/ice. Motion to Adjourn: Motion by Bob, second by Ted, motion carried.
