Town Board Monthly Meetings
The Town Board regular monthly meetings are on the second Monday of each month at the Town Hall at W10543 County Road F. The Town Chairman is responsible for preparing the agenda and any item to be placed on the agenda must be received by the first Monday of the month.
Plan Commission Meetings and Deadlines
The Plan Commission Meetings are scheduled for the first Monday of each month at the Town Hall at W10543 County Road F. The Plan Commission Chairman and Clerk ar responsible for preparing the agenda and any item to be placed on the agenda must be received by the 2nd Friday before the scheduled meeting.
Clerk-Treasurer Office Hours
The Clerk-Treasurer is usually in the office at the Town Hall at W10543 County Road F on Mondays from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Building Permits
The Town of Fox Lake is zoned and building permits are required. If the property in question is within 1000 feet of a lake or within 300 feet of a stream, a Land Use Permit must be obtained first from Dodge County, contact the Land Resources & Parks Department at (920) 386-3700 or get additional information at the County website a link can be found on our site.
A building permit for the Town of Fox Lake may be obtained from James Lawton, General Engineering. He can be reached on his cell phone at (608) 697-7779 or he has office hours at the Town Hall on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m.
Property Assessments or Taxes
The assessed values of properties within the Town of Fox Lake are available from two sources on the internet. The Dodge County website using their Land Records search tool or at the Accurate Assessor website. Links for both sites are found on the Links page of this website.

Tax Collection Instructions
If you pay your Real Estate Taxes using the installment plan, the due date for the first installment is January 31st. If you pay your Real Estate Taxes in full, the due date for the payment is also January 31st. These payments are to be made to the TOWN OF FOX LAKE.
All Personal Property Taxes (with the exception of those bills for “improvements on leased land”) and All Other Special charges and Assessments must be paid in full on or before January 31st. These payments are to be made to the TOWN OF FOX LAKE.
The second installment of Real Estate Taxes and the second installment of Personal Property Taxes (on those bills where a second installment applies) will be payable to Dodge County Treasurer, 127 E. Oak Street, Juneau, WI 53039-1390 on or before July 31st, without interest or penalty.
Voting in the Town of Fox Lake
On election days, residents of the Town of Fox Lake can vote at the Town Hall, W10543 County Road F. The polls are open for each election from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. All voters in the Town of Fox Lake must register to vote. The form to be completed prior to voting is EB-131, this form may be obtained at the Wisconsin State Elections Board website www.elections.state.wi.us Elections Board Forms. If anyone wishes to register prior to the Election Day, this form can be printed, completed and mailed to the Clerk.
If a resident wants to request an absentee ballot this form is also available at the same website. Select form EB-121, print it, complete it and mail it to the Clerk. If voting by absentee ballot, a registration form EB-131 must be on file or submitted with the absentee ballot application.
