November 10, 2008 Budget Hearing & Special Meeting
Per Wisconsin Statute 65.90, Notice is hereby given that the Town of Fox Lake will hold a public hearing on the 2009 Proposed Budget at 7:00 p.m. on November 10, 2008 at the Town Hall, W10543 County Road F. Detailed copies of the budget are available for public inspection at the Town Hall from Edwin W. Benter, Clerk/Treasurer Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 10, 2008 immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2009 Budget which begins at 7:00 p.m., a special town meeting of the electors called pursuant to Sec. 60.12(1)(c) of the Wis. Statutes by the town board for the following purposes will be held. 1 .To approve the total 2009 highway expenditures pursuant to Sec 82.03 of Wis. Statutes. 2. To adopt the 2008 town tax levy to be paid in 2009 pursuant to sec 60.10(1)(a) of Wis. Statutes. 3. To authorize the town board to hire town officers as employees of the town and set an hourly wage pursuant to sec. 60.10(1)(g) of Wis Statutes.
