NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING, TOWN OF FOX LAKE, DODGE COUNTY Per Wisconsin Statute 65.90, Notice is hereby given that the Town of Fox Lake will hold a public hearing on the 2008 Proposed Budget at 7:00 p.m. on November 12, 2007 at the Town Hall, W10543 County Road F. Detailed copies of the budget are available for public inspection at the Town Hall from Edwin W. Benter, Clerk/Treasurer Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 12, 2007 immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2008 Budget which begins at 7:00 p.m., a special town meeting of the electors called pursuant to Sec. 60.12(1)(c) of the Wis. Statutes by the town board for the following purposes will be held. 1 .To approve the total 2008 highway expenditures pursuant to Sec 82.03 of Wis. Statutes. 2. To adopt the 2007 town tax levy to be paid in 2008 pursuant to sec 60.10(1)(a) of Wis. Statutes. 3. To authorize the town board to hire town officers as employees of the town and set an hourly wage pursuant to sec. 60.10(1)(g) of Wis Statutes.
