November 10, 2008 Special Electors Meeting
Town of Fox Lake Special Town Meeting of the Electors Monday, November 10, 2008 After the public hearing on the 2009 Proposed Budget which began at 7:00 p.m., Chairman Wagner called the meeting to order with 8 electors present. Lou Benter made a motion seconded by Joy Pufahl to approve the total 2009 highway expenditures of $263,000.00 pursuant to Sec 82.03 of Wis. Statutes. All in favor motion carried. Joy Pufahl made a motion seconded by Claudine Lehman to adopt the state allowed 2008 town tax levy equal to $404,091.00 to be paid in 2009 pursuant to Sec 60.10(1) (a) of Wis. Statutes. All in favor motion carried. Claudine Lehman made a motion seconded by Lou Benter to authorize the town board to hire town officers as employees of the town with an hourly wage of $10.00 per hour pursuant to Sec 60.10(1) (g) of Wis. Statutes. All in favor motion carried. Lou Benter made a motion, seconded by Tom Wissing to adjourn. All in favor motion carried. Edwin W. Benter Town Clerk/Treasurer
