November 9, 2009 Special Electors Meeting
Town of Fox Lake Special Town Meeting of the Electors Monday, November 9, 2009 After the public hearing on the 2010 Proposed Budget which began at 7:00 p.m., Clerk-Treasurer Benter called the meeting to order with 4 electors present. Lou Benter made a motion seconded by Tom Wissing to approve the total 2009 highway expenditures of $348,329.00 pursuant to Sec 82.03 of Wis. Statutes. All in favor motion carried. Ron Babros made a motion seconded by Tom Wissing to approve the total 2010 highway expenditures of $320,500.00 pursuant to Sec 82.03 of Wis. Statutes. All in favor motion carried. Tom Wissing made a motion seconded by Ron Babros to adopt the state allowed 2009 town tax levy equal to $416,264.00 to be paid in 2010 pursuant to Sec 60.10(1) (a) of Wis. Statutes. All in favor motion carried. Lou Benter made a motion seconded by Ron Babros to authorize the town board to hire town officers as employees of the town with an hourly wage of $10.00 per hour pursuant to Sec 60.10(1) (g) of Wis. Statutes. All in favor motion carried. Tom Wissing made a motion, seconded by Ron Babros to adjourn. All in favor motion carried. Edwin W. Benter Town Clerk/Treasurer
